There is trekking from the British run riding school, Nerja caves, the white Andalucian villages of Frigiliana and Maro only minutes away and miles and miles of unspoiled coastline with to many little coves to count. For the more adventurous, the magic of Granada is only 1 hour or so by car and can be reached easily by bus. From Granada the ski resort of Sierra Nevada is only 30 minutes up the mountain.
